Badiaga 6-30

When skin is sore to touch, axilla gland enlarged and is sensitive to cold and touch, Badiaga is a remedy.

Carbo animalis 30

When there are indurated borders of ulcerated cancer or fistulous openings, stinging, burning, lancinating pain and sensitiveness to cold air, it is specific.

Mercurius solubilis 6

When mammae is in suppurative stage with yellowish or greenish discharge, stinging pain, axilla gland enlarged.

Phytolacca decandra

(a) In C.M. potency, one single dose disperses tumours (malignant and non-malignant).
(b) It is also indicated in ulcerated cancer of fistulous type with watery, fetid discharge skin purplish mammae hard and sensitive nipple ulcerated.

Conium maculatum 30-1000

(a) Extensively used for malignant affections of the glands. (Kent).
(b) Hard tumour in mammae with piercing pain agg. at night, shrivelled mammae with increased sexual desire.
(c) Breasts enlarge and become painful before and during menses.

Silicea terra 200 to cm

(a) If given in time, it will abort abscess of breast. (Kent).
(b) Fistulous ulcer of breasts with watery offensive discharge.

(a) Discharge of blood between menstrual period - Sil., Phos.
(b) Discharge of blood from the vagina when child is nursed - Sil.

Note :

(1) Crot-t. 200 removes pain of left breast, feeling as if pain goes through with the left chest into the back or from nipple to back.
(2) When induration of mammary glands are sore to touch and painful - Plumb-iod. 6.
(3) Fistulous openings, full of heat and tendency to bleed - Phos. 6.
(4) Pain under 1 nipple or 1 breast through to scapula - Cotyl.

Bufo rana 30

Palliative in cancer of mammae-induration, burning congestive headache on vertex with feeling of weight are prominent symptoms.

Graphites 30

Swelling, induration, cracked nipples, constipation in ulcerated cancer the discharge is sticky, nipple is involved with crust and cracks.

Asterias rubens 6-30

Indicated in ulcerated cancer of mammae with lancinating pain or pain in 10 breast as if finger or left side axillary glands swollen hard and knotted, pain often agg. at night.

Note :

1. Hydrastis Con. Ø - 30 constipation, poor digestion, muscles weak - often useful in pre-cancerous state.
2. Carcinoma 200 once a week is palliative.
3. Ars-iod. 3x-30 when emaciation, cardiac weakness are present in chronic case, it is useful.
4. Plumb-iod. - Induration of mammary glands when tendency to become inflamed, sore and painful, atrophy.
